Creating an Entry in Database

You can easily add a new product or news article on a page through the database.

1. Go to the product database and click on New Entry.

2. Choose a product group, give a name for the product and add an image from the content repository.

The fields in this view vary from site to site depending on the information to be displayed on the page.

The database entry of a news article or product often includes the option 'Published', which can be used to determine whether the item in question is displayed or not. In this way, you can add an unpublished news article or a new product to the database before making it publicly visible on the page.

3. After filling in all the relevant information, save the changes.
