Database can be labeled as a personal information registery. Browsing the personal information requires a separate user right and a session-specific reason for browsing. Views of the personal information databases are logged.

Access to GDPR database

User do not have permission to access personal register database. Please contact your contact person or customer support in Crasman.

When the administrator opens a database marked as a personal information register, he/she is required to report the reason for the review of the data.

Request Access -button will open a dialog where administrator must record the reason for data processing.

The opening of the personal information registry database will be stored in the log.
