Prevent publishing page element

You can block the publishing of a page item by selecting the "Prevent publishing" check box.

By default, page publishing publishes all the elements on the page. You can block a particular element from publishing with this feature.

Different publishing statuses

1. 1. Published (blue).
   This element is public.
2. 2. Draft, waiting to be puslished (yellow).
   Element is waiting to be published.
3. 3. Draft, publishing prevented (red).
   Element will not be published when page is published.

Prevent publishing

1. 1. Prevent publishing.
   When this is selected, changes in the element will not be published to public web pages.
