A deep understanding of the client's business enables the development of the industry's leading digital solutions, ensuring they also address the needs of the business.
Patrik Parviainen works at Crasman's Helsinki office as an account manager responsible for clients in the automotive sector. Crasman's model, which offers the opportunity to focus on a particular industry, receives praise from Parviainen.
“I have previously worked in project management and digital marketing and have observed activities from many perspectives. It has taught me how to create connections and sustainable contacts with consumers in the digital world. However, clients and their industries are often very different. This brings variety but weakens the opportunity to familiarize oneself with the specifics of each field. Being able to focus on one area that interests me and its business peculiarities is great. I get to fully immerse myself in understanding the keys to success specifically in the digitalization of the automotive industry.”
Rapidly evolving automotive industry offers challenges
The automotive industry is currently developing rapidly and Crasman's strong industry expertise provides the opportunity, according to Parviainen, to be at the forefront of the digital development of the sector.
“The pace of development in the automotive industry is swift across many areas. One big question in the industry right now is whether it is necessary to own a car in the future. Private leasing and services like DriveNow are continuously evolving, as is e-commerce. New models of ownership and purchasing are intriguing, and cars are increasingly being bought online.”
“Crasman has been developing e-commerce and digital solutions for the automotive sector for a long time. In addition to industry expertise, there's a good mix of creativity and courage here. I look forward with interest to seeing future opportunities and finding the best ways to serve various clients and meet people's changing needs.” Parviainen sums up.
Parviainen has enjoyed his time at Crasman immensely.
“From the interview stage onwards, there's been a relaxed and positive vibe here. It's been nice to see that although the company is fairly large and there's plenty of work, the work can still be fun. Everyone is really competent, and the work is done incredibly professionally, yet with a good amount of humour. It's been really easy to join the team,” Parviainen describes.
