The global player in the concrete industry, Peikko, revitalised its online service with the aim of showcasing a unified brand and customer promise.


Operating in a total of 32 countries, Peikko sought to simultaneously provide better opportunities for local country organisations to generate their content and offer local flair to their customers. The centralised management of product information and documents aided in achieving this objective.

The online service supports sales and marketing

- In terms of content, the renewal of the online service was intended to focus on the customer perspective and the benefits to the customer, explains Peikko's Marketing Director, Molli Nyman.

- Peikko's mission is to make the construction process easier, faster, and safer. The second goal of the online service renewal was essentially the same - an easily manageable, quick, and technically smart implementation.

The aim was to implement the industry's best online service, effectively supporting Peikko's sales and marketing.

Centralised solution aids local players

- The entire content was built to serve our customers. A reference site, which was developed as a separate project with Crasman earlier, was also incorporated into the whole. It was indeed a tremendous task, but 600 splendid references have already proven their strength as an excellent sales tool, says Molli Nyman.

- The brand and customer promise of the online service must be globally consistent. The intention in the implementation was to ensure that technical information and documents are managed and delivered to the online service centrally. Simultaneously, there was a desire to create better opportunities for country offices to propose and produce their content. This would ensure that the online service also offers essential local flair to customers. 

 


Peikko.com communicates consistently

The end result is the renewed Peikko.com, which provides the right content to the right user groups at the right time worldwide. The brand and message of the site are consistent, and local content is also available to customers. The heavy management of content and language versions was streamlined through smart technical implementation.

The versatile customisability of Crasman's Stage and Studio publishing platform enabled a noticeably more efficient and easier way to produce content.
