Searching for Files

You can easily search for files in the Studio on the basis of the name, size or folder of the file, for instance.

You can easily manage files in the data repository. For example, you can keep earlier versions of files and you can freely modify file metadata.

The file is opened in a larger view and the contents of the file are displayed at the bottom of the view. On the right side of the view, the preview option is selected. You can go back by clicking on Browse.

Folder Management

It's a good idea to arrange the files in the data repository in folders according to their subject matter. For instance, you could store product images, news images, profile images, etc. in their own folders.

1. Select a folder under which you wish to create a new folder and click on the add button (+) on the Folders header.

4. To delete a folder, click on the gear icon to its left and select Delete. You can also drag it into the Recycle Bin.
