Familon's vision is to be the leading professional in quality sleep and comfort, including online. To achieve this, they needed an e-commerce platform aligned with their brand that would drive sales, enhance brand visibility, and deepen customer loyalty. The challenge was to seamlessly integrate communication and sales while serving customers across multiple channels.

Solution

A brand-consistent, service-oriented, and sales-friendly online store

The project was centred around a comprehensive customer experience. Instead of creating a separate online store, Crasman's solution expanded Familon's existing brand site into an e-commerce platform. This strategic choice made it possible to consolidate expert articles and product sales within the same service, thereby reinforcing the brand's expert image. Special attention was given to content-driven sales, exemplified by the 'Be Inspired' section, where social media content is transformed into purchasable products. The service's visual identity and user interface were imbued with personality and immersion, and a centralised asset library enhances the site's maintenance.
