Together, handcrafting, with heart, and without compromise are Crasman's four core values. It might sound like jargon, but it isn't. We build our daily operations and client work on these values. How and why?

A proverb sums it up.

“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”

By going solo, you can achieve a lot in a short time, and you might briefly extract impressive results from your team, but at what cost and for what reason?

Business is not a sprint. It's an endurance tournament that requires strong basic skills, talented individuals, and team spirit, encompassing turns, failures, and successes. Quick wins are rarely offered, and perseverance is often the spirit of a winning game.  

Crasman's work has always been based on perseverance, collaboration, and encouragement. That’s why we work in small, agile units. In this way, we ensure everyone has a supportive team around them. People who help maintain a manageable workload and allow individual expertise to be appreciated.

A common rhythm emerges from experts' voices

Developing digital business involves challenging projects and multidisciplinary teams. Collaboration is essential for success. Therefore, we want each of our experts to have their voice heard and to influence our working methods. So that our practices are collectively endorsed by everyone.

We also believe it is essential to spend time together with laptops shut and work coats hung up. Chasing the karting trophy, climbing a climbing wall, and enjoying craft beer with gentle banter – Crasman is known for its genuine and relaxed vibe.

All of this, the everyday and the celebrations, binds us closer and closer together. It's a privilege to facilitate and observe our uniquely inspiring atmosphere. A work culture we develop daily. Together.
