Every year, colleagues at Crasman reward their distinguished coworkers. At the summer party, Pinja Kankare presented the Year’s Top Person certificates, including those for the Year’s Cool Cat, Customer Service Person, Cheer Bringer, and Senior Developer.

A proverb sums it up.

Going solo can lead to great achievements in a short time, and a team can momentarily be pushed for impressive results, but at what cost and why?

Business is not a sprint. It’s a long-haul race requiring strong foundational skills, talented individuals, and team spirit, filled with twists, failures, and successes. Quick wins are rare, and perseverance is often the spirit of the winning game.  

Crasman’s operations have always been based on patience, collaboration, and encouragement. That’s why we work in small, agile units. This ensures that everyone is surrounded by a team that supports their work. People who help keep workloads manageable and allow individual expertise to shine.

Shared harmony arises from expert voices

Developing digital business is a world of demanding projects and multidisciplinary teams. Collaboration is essential for success. That’s why we want every expert to have their say and affect our working methods. To have practices that everyone has collectively endorsed.

We also believe it's important to spend time together with laptops closed and work jackets off. Chasing the revolving trophy in a karting race, climbing the rock wall, and enjoying craft beer with a touch of gentle teasing – Crasman is known for its honest and relaxed vibe.

All of this, everyday life and celebration, binds us closer and closer together. It’s a privilege to enable and witness our uniquely inspiring atmosphere. A work culture that we develop daily. Together.
