Without Compromise

Being uncompromising is a steadfast belief in expertise and a straightforward approach to the challenges thrown by working life. We do not take the path of least resistance. 

Being uncompromising means believing in doing things well, trying your best, and relentlessly striving towards a quality outcome. 

You don't have to be perfect, but you must try your best.

For me, being uncompromising also means having fortitude. That quintessentially Finnish character trait that is written about year after year and is now also being studied to better understand it.

There is just something about fortitude, a Finnish mentality towards work and life in general. Tasks are accomplished quietly. We don't often boast about our excellence - although there often might be reason to!

Uncompromising Top People

At Crasman, we remember various achievements and tenacity annually with the Top People of the Year vote. 

At the end of the year, we reward members of our staff who have distinguished themselves over the past year as tough cookies, bundles of joy, leaders, and senior developers.

This way, we want to highlight the everyday heroes who keep this company afloat and customer projects on track. Of course, with a little twinkle in the eye.

In no way do we still expect anyone to overperform or deplete their resources completely.

We want to ensure that work is done together and in good spirits, without compromise.
