Without Compromise

Being uncompromising is a steadfast belief in expertise and a straightforward approach to the challenges thrown up by working life. We don't take the easy way out. 

Being uncompromising means believing in doing things well, trying your best, and relentlessly striving towards a high-quality result. 

You don't have to be perfect, but you must try your best.

For me, being uncompromising also means having grit. That quintessentially Finnish characteristic that has been written about year after year and which is now even being understood in studies.

Grit just has something, a Finnish mentality towards work and life in general. Work is done in quiet determination. One doesn't often shout about their excellence - even though there often would be reason to!

Uncompromising Top Notch Crew

At Crasman, we recognise various feats and resilience during the Top Notch Crew of the Year vote once a year. 

At the end of the year, we reward those among our staff who have distinguished themselves over the past year as gritty characters, cheerleaders, drivers, and senior developers.

In this way, we wish to highlight those everyday heroes who keep this company afloat and customer projects on track. Of course, with a little twinkle in the eye.

Nevertheless, we do not expect anyone to overperform or exhaust their resources.

We want work to be done here together and in good spirits, without compromising on quality. Without Compromise.
